| The kids slept in their hammocks last night. |
After they got up we started our drive to our next national park, Bryce Canyon. We had gotten a call that there was a bad mudslide at Zion and they cancelled two nights of our reservations. I was really disappointed because Zion is the park I have been most looking forward to. I was able to book an extra night in Bryce Canyon and was lucky enough to find a spot within the national park.

| Our route from Torrey, UT to Bryce Canyon |

The first hike we did at Bryce was the Peekaboo Loop. This park had a challenge for the Junior Ranger program where the kids would take a picture of the different placards and their coins, then return to the Ranger station for a special sticker stating they hiked the hoodoos.
